At PERSONSOUL, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original PERSONSOUL box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
